• CHILDREN 5-9 YRS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARTICIPATING ADULT, Ratio 1Adult-2Kids, guardian must be over the age of 16
  
• Only if the Child is 10 or over can they participate without an accompanying adult
• The minimum age is 5yrs to enter the park

• CC Aqua Park retains the right to refuse entry for any session if it deems the holder is fatigued or de-hydrated. Further sessions will be allowed if time permits that day

• Parking is prohibited in Designated boat parking areas
• Free parking at Donnison St Gosford (1.9km)
